Hi, We have begun using our old GC again after years of sitting in its own dust. Problem is, although all works well mechanically, we are having some software issues i don't seem to be able to solve, nor get an agilent technician/support person who is familiar with this archaic program. From what you are describing, you are not entering a uniques name prior to the start of data acquisition. You simply need to enter the filename in the appropriate field prior to starting the analysis.
