Alright, here's the issue: I have a WD My Passport that is acting odd. I can plug it into my computer, and it checks it, recognizes it and then nothing. I can't access it or do anything useful with it. I can open it in Device manager and it gives me the options of Disable, Uninstall, Update Driver and Scan For Hardware Changes, but I can't use it to store files. When I click on it there's an anomaly, the volumes page is blank. I can tell it to populate, but it doesn't do anything. Anybody able to help?

I wanted to add that I'm having the exact same issue. I disconnected it from my usual computer and plugged the drive into a different computer. It powered up, computer detected it, and automatically installed all of the drivers. Cannot browse device in My Computer (Can't even see the device there, for that matter.
