Dear sir, I beg to state that I have brought a C-media soundcard but the problem is that whenever i try to install its driver on windows 10 it shows that the card is not plugged in the PCI but in reality it is connected into PCI and device manager is showing it too.If i get the inf installed through the driver update it shows that card is plugged in and is working properly but it does not give out sound i have tried almost everything to get sound through it but it doesn't seem to work with windows 10 WHY??? I have also checked that soundcard with other systems with windows 7 & windows 8.In those OS this works fine but not in windows 10.I am Upset:/.i have also contacted C-media.They always say that we will release its windows 10 driver but they dont release it:/ can anyone help me with my Issue i will be thankfull.

You might be facing this issue due to the incompatibility of the driver with Windows 10. So I suggest you to check the device manufacturer website to see if Windows 10 drivers are available. Then shutting it down and putting the card back in. Then when you boot it should see the card as a new device and ask for the drivers.
